3 month contract with extension possible Excellent daily rate Helpdesk knowledge warehouse and CCMS We are looking for an SAP Solution Manager consultant with at least two years of experience in design and configuration of SAP Solution Manager 4.0 or above. In this role you will be expected to: Design, develop, test, implement and maintain an SAP Solution Manager System with an emphasis on helpdesk knowledge warehouse and CCMS. Provide expert knowledge and a high level of support in regards to the SAP system design and advice for other related business systems within the organisation. Experience on SOLMAN 4.0 or higher is desirable. To be successful in this role you must display: Functional knowledge of Business Configuration (BC) Sets, Test tools and technologies and Transport Management System (TMS) A highly developed knowledge of ASAP and SAP Test Workbench Experience with Customer Solution Database, knowledge warehouse and Solution Manager diagnostics. Well developed organisational skills, including the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
